+Standard delivery usually takes about 3-4 weeks from the time you approve the digital preview. This includes the digital mockup, hand-painting time, drying, packing, and shipping. Express production of about 10-14 days may be available for an additional 15%, depending on size and complexity.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
+We offer reasonable adjustments to the digital preview before painting begins. If something does not look right, contact us early and we will review the details with you before the artist starts painting.
What kind of photos work best?
+High-resolution, well-lit photos with clear details work best. We recommend photos at least 1000px on the longest side. Avoid blurry, pixelated, or heavily filtered images. Our designers can also enhance and restore old or damaged photos.
Can I order a custom size not listed?
+Absolutely! Select "Custom Size" in the order form and specify your desired dimensions in the notes field. We can accommodate virtually any size from small 8×10" pieces to large mural-scale paintings. Custom sizes are priced based on the nearest standard size.
How is the painting shipped?
+Rolled canvas paintings are shipped in protective tubes. Framed or gallery-wrapped paintings are professionally packed with foam corner protectors and double-boxed. All shipments include full insurance and tracking. We ship worldwide via DHL/FedEx.
Do I need to pay upfront?
+No! Submit your order request for free. We'll create a digital preview and only charge after you approve the design. You can request reasonable adjustments to the preview before any payment is made.
